This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and TravSure, Inc. (“TravSure,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the TravSure platform, mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Overview of Services
TravSure is a platform that connects travelers and local individuals (“Helpers”) who offer non-professional, in-person guidance, language support, navigation assistance, and help with everyday travel situations. TravSure facilitates the scheduling, communication, and payment process between users (“Travelers”) and Helpers.
TravSure is not a licensed provider of medical, legal, emergency, trade, or professional services. All assistance is general, non-specialized, and intended for everyday travel situations.
All in-person interactions must occur in open, well-lit public locations such as coffee shops, malls, airports, and similar accessible spaces.
